Watch the video now! | 8:45 | Read to Self You should read from your book bag for 15 minutes. More is better, if you want to do more! Give yourself two checks if you earned them!.
Video how-to |
9:00 - 9:45 | Choose your own adventure! You can do one choice the whole time or more. About 45 minutes of focused work would be perfect. The choices are below (and you can always do extra Read to Self). | Sight Words
Video how-to | Read to Someone Else
| RAZ Kids | Handwriting book
| 9:45 | Snack Go outside for an exercise break!
When you finish, you can do a mindfulness activity if you want to. |
12:15 | Math For our Fun Friday math challenge, you can try one or more of these options. Do what works for your family. If your family needs to have a shorter school day today, it is okay to skip math.
Play your favorite math game from our lessons (Fraction Bingo, Build and Count, or Two Turns to Build). Play your favorite math games from the wibki. Play a card game (Make 10 Go Fish, Make 10 Solitaire, 21, or another game). Play a family board game or other family game. Mancala, SET, and Battleship are three great games! Do some math with a cooking or baking project. Put some plastic or metal measuring cups in the bathroom to play with in the tub during bath time. Look at this amazing article about patterns in nature and then look for some on a nature walk.
