Technology has a special place in the hearts and minds of students at JES. From their earliest days at the school till the time they graduate, students use technology to write poems, draw pictures, make presentations and understand the world a bit more through

the marvels of the internet. In the classroom, teachers illuminate classroom lessons through such modern devices as the Smartboard (projecting interactive lessons on a screen) and the Elmo (A camera which magnifies objects and documents with startling clarity). A dedicated computer lab (with 20 modern computers) serves as an extension of the classroom, where children participate in projects and lessons, and have opportunities to explore classroom curriculum in a new way.
