Directions for using the new Tech Support page:
You must be logged in to Google Apps with your e-mail sign-in to submit tech issues. If you come to the web site, and you're not logged in, scroll down to the bottom of this page and you'll find a tiny sign-in link. Click on that, and you'll be able to sign in with your email information. You'll be returned to this page after signing in. At that point, click the "Add item" button below.
Type your name as the "Owner" and a description of your issue in the "Description" box. I will respond to you through the "Resolution" entry, and when the issue is resolved, I'll put a check mark next to complete.

May 24, 2017 Deb Would it be possible to clean up the Staff Shared folders? It doesn't matter what drive I go into, or which Teacher Files~Open I use, I cannot access Student Transfers. It seems that they are all duplicated. Thanks! It is possible, but improbable. It would take a concerted effort by all staff members to comb through and determine what is of value, and what is not. I'll check with you to see if we can find the file you're looking for.

 Cass Can you download a free QR reader to the Sparkles ipads? This will be for use on Inservice, so would be great if can be done by 16th and 21st at the latest!    
August 17, 2017 LODGE a.) thanks for the splitter box so that we can connect the smart board to the desk top, hence bypassing the slow-as-molasses-ancient laptop. I've ordered a 15 foot gpa cable on my prime account so by early next week we can set the system up b.) with increased class size I will need 5 additional chrome books to run the google classroom. Ideally a couple of extra ones as some of the ones I have don't run audio etc. I've made carts for them already    
August 24, 2017 Nick Lodge a.) The GPA cable I bought is in and so the Smartboard can be set up b.) If using desk top we also need to figure out how to be able to adequately [project volume to class as internal speakers are not loud enough c.) hoping to start google classroom sooner rather than later so will need the 1:1 chromebooks for the class as per last tech support
